Personal Fitness Evaluation
Licensed in 2005 by the International Sports Sciences
Association (ISSA) as a Certified Fitness Trainer Judy has
developed a comprehensive Personal Fitness Evaluation
program. A thorough review of your medical history, past
and present exercise routines and daily dietary and
lifestyle habits are taken into consideration when
designing a personal yoga based fitness program.
Done in the privacy and comfort of your home, together we will:
1. Discuss your goals and how best to overcome the challenges you face in meeting them.
2. Analyze body composition defining lean body mass versus body fat.
3. Determine basal metabolic rate (BMR) representing calories required to maintain the
body's life functions at rest.
4. Calculate daily caloric requirements providing complete carbohydrate, protein and fat
breakdowns.
5. Examine the Five Rules of Performance Nutrition.
6. Compute body mass index (BMI) used as a predictor of future disease risk.
7. Specify target heart rate (THR) defining an appropriate intensity range and maximizing
the benefits from aerobic exercise.
8. Assess posture, balance, flexibility and cardiovascular and muscular endurance
appraising your level of overall fitness.
9. Attain baseline torso measurements, weight, blood pressure and resting heart rate
figures tracking and assessing your progress.
10. Discover the benefits of a yoga based fitness program through 2 (two) 11/2 (one and
one half) hour private sessions.
